Created a bootable USB with El Capitan installer
The El Capitan DMG installer file, now available for download under the version of 10.11.6 for Mac OSX. Now the dmg file can be downloaded by any Mac device users. The Dmg file is known as the latest ISO regarding El Capitan operating system. When talking about the El Capitan OS X, this is the advanced OS, which has been released for the Mac. To install El Capitan, make sure the USB drive is inserted into the computer, then restart the computer while holding the Option (alt) key on your keyboard. Wait until the Startup Manager pops up, then select the 'OS X Base System' volume. Alternatively, you can just hold down the C key while starting up to boot directly into the USB drive. El Capitan 10.11.6 is now released as the latest version of Download El Capitan. For OS X El Capitan users this update is recommended. The upgrade to OS X El Capitan v10.11.6 enhances your Mac's reliability, performance and protection and is advised for all users. Solves a problem that can prevent parental control accounts from saving settings. Before getting started, you will need to download Mac OS El Capitan latest version from App Store and also download latest UniBeast-6.1.1 from here directly, but the full resource you can find it here. When the OS X El Capitan and Unibeast downloaded, open Disk Utility and click Erase then enter a name and select format, click Erase.

On a Mac that is compatible with El Capitan, open the disk image and run the installer within, named InstallMacOSX.pkg. It will install an app named Install OS X El Capitan into your Applications folder.
booted from it, erased my MBP (mid 2009), clean install from USB installer
decided to use migration assistant, most apps not working plus all the clutter from pre clean install
decided to do another clean install but MBP won't boot from USB and uses the recovery version instead.

tried to get Maverick back and basically ended up with a non-working MBP that went into a boot loop
did a reinstall from MAS, ended up DLing the entire Installer again, went to bed and in the morning and 'working'
MBP again, plus all the clutter and non working apps.
Made a new bootable USB key using terminal and yes it finished and yes it said bootable at the end as well as in Disk Utilities.
However when trying to boot from USB, start+Option, or start+cmd+r still no sign of the USB stick, which i guess would leave me
